When collecting your parcel at the ParcelShop, you must provide a three-digit pickup code. You will receive the pickup code in your GLS app, by SMS, and by email when your parcel is ready for pick up.
Three digits that match your parcel
A pickup code consists of three digits and helps ensure that the right parcel is handed over to the right recipient.
You can still ask friends or family to collect the parcel on your behalf. Just remember to share the pickup code with them.
When collecting your parcel, you must provide the pickup code together with the parcel number.
View your pickup code in the GLS app
In the GLS app, each parcel has its own QR code. When you show it at the ParcelShop, the staff can scan it and automatically see both the parcel number and the pickup code, allowing them to find your parcel even faster.
