| Explanation | On Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 June, the NATO Summit will take place at the World Forum in The Hague. From Saturday 22 June 17.00 hrs until Friday 27 June 05.00 hrs, road users in the Randstad area will experience inconvenience by this. Extensive safety measures will be taken during this period, including (partial) closures of motorways and local roads in the Randstad, especially around The Hague, Leiden and Amsterdam. As always, GLS makes every effort to deliver shipments as smoothly as possible - also during this challenging period. However, shipments may be delayed due to traffic disruption, sometimes up to several days. In addition, in certain areas , delivery or collection of parcels or pallets is not allowed during and around the NATO summit. Letter mail can be delivered, but letterbox parcels cannot. Parcels can be delivered to parcel points on the outer edge of the restricted areas if requested by the recipient.
