Code of Business Standards

The trust GLS receives from customers, employees, business partners and the public is a top priority for the GLS Group.

To further strengthen this trust, the GLS Group has assigned itself a Code of Business Standards that establishes the fundamental values and standards of behaviour of the company in binding form for all employees.

The GLS Code of Business Standards forms the basis of all business decisions and regulates responsible interaction with all stakeholders.

German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)

On 01.01.2023, the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) came into force. As a subsidiary of GLS Verwaltungs- und Service GmbH, we accept your reports of human rights and environmental risks or violations in the supply chain based on this legal regulation through our dedicated ombudsman system. Whistleblowing System

GLS Hungary operates a whistleblowing system to fulfil its obligations under Act XXV of 2023 on Complaints, Public Interest Reports and Rules for Reporting Abuse (the Complaints Act). The whistleblowing system allows employees, business partners andother stakeholders of GLS Hungary to report unlawful or suspected unlawful acts oromissions, or information about them.

Supervisory authorities

You can contact the employment supervisory authority about the design of the whistleblowing system and violations of the provisions governing its operation.

You may initiate proceedings with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in relation to violations of the GDPR in the operation of the reporting system.

You may initiate an infringement procedure with the infringement authority exercising general infringement powers if you observe the application of an adverse measure as referred to in the Complaints Act or obstruction or attempted obstruction of the filing of a misuse report.

GLS Hungary, as Data Controller, shall process the personal data obtained in the course of the procedure in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR(1) and the Privacy Act(2), as provided for in the Complaints Act.
